My husband and I started looking for a home five years ago. We looked at many houses, both new and old and through many price ranges before coming across your homes that were being built in the Sturgeon Creek site.  We investigated both completed and under construction homes and were very impressed with what we saw. The purchase of our new home from you was joyful and without worry.​

Being a contractor and in the construction industry for over 15 years, I’m well aware of the quality of workmanship and care that was put into my home.  There are always unforeseen problems and delays.  As well as changes given to you by the owners, these issues can always cause frustrations on both sides of the table.  However, in construction it is the finished product that matters the most!  In regards to this, our finished home is our dream home, we are planning to live and enjoy this home for a very long time.​
